Job Title: Deafblind Community Services Manager

At CNIB Deafblind Community Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deafblind Community Services Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who are Deafblind.

Job Summary:

The Deafblind Community Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients who are Deafblind. This includes planning and coordinating services, supervising and coaching staff, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement service plans that meet the unique needs of clients who are Deafblind.
  2. Supervise and coach staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality services to clients.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure that services are aligned with community needs.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a Deafblind services setting.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
