Overview

We're seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at WorkSafeBC. This role will drive improvements to data, measurement, and impact assessment processes to maximize the benefits for workers and employers.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $116,186 - $141,166 per year, based on Richmond's cost of living and industry standards.

Job Description

In this role, you'll advise leadership on data-driven initiatives, facilitate strategic business planning discussions, and evaluate business improvement options. You'll also conduct comprehensive program reviews to identify operational efficiencies and opportunities for optimization.

  • Advise senior management on data, measurement, and experimentation related business process improvement initiatives.
  • Foster strategic business planning discussions and provide guidance on implementing objectives.
  • Evaluate business improvement options, project viability, and economic implications through business case analysis and feasibility assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A master's degree or designation in a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in analytical roles, including experience in root cause analysis, strategy development, and performance measurement.
  • Experimental design and execution experience.
