About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Planning who will lead our comprehensive infrastructure and operations strategy, overseeing the Azure infrastructure team, corporate helpdesk, field implementation team for restaurants, and restaurant client support team.

This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, optimal performance of IT systems, and exceptional support for POS systems, menu-related issues, and other restaurant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategy across Azure platforms, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Oversee the corporate helpdesk to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues, enhancing employee productivity and satisfaction.
  • Direct the field implementation team for efficient deployment and maintenance of restaurant technologies, ensuring seamless operations and customer service.
  • Manage the restaurant client support team, focusing on POS, menu management, and other critical technology support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for IT services and products.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, implementing best practices for IT security and data protection.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • You have 7+ years' experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, preferably in a multi-site retail or restaurant environment, and managing diverse teams, particularly in technology implementation and support.
  • You have a deep understanding of Azure cloud services, network architecture, and IT systems relevant to a fast-paced, customer-focused industry.
  • You have 2+ years of strategic planning experience.
