Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Trials Coordinator to join our team at Queen's University. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and coordination of clinical trials.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care plan, vision care benefits, and pension plan.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. You will be responsible for supervising laboratory technical personnel, medical clinical personnel, graduate students, research scientists, and other professionals. Your tasks will include maintaining and updating health information databases, performing administrative tasks, conducting clinical or laboratory studies to test, evaluate, and screen drugs, pharmaceuticals, and nanoparticles used in biomedical applications.

You will also prepare research papers, educational texts, or articles, co-ordinate multidisciplinary projects, and maintain clinical and progress reports. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and 5 years or more of experience in health/health care administration/management and health professions and related clinical sciences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. You will also need to be proficient in maintaining health information databases and performing administrative tasks.

A strong understanding of clinical trials and biomedical applications is essential. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
