About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Information Clerk to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. As an Information Clerk, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Act as a spokesperson for the organization, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing general office duties.
  • Communication: Explain the type and cost of services offered, issue receipts and other forms, and maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Consultation: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or communications.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
