Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Act as a spokesperson for our organization, responding to written and oral inquiries, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Client Support: Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, explain the type and cost of services offered, and provide information to customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, including ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and arranging for refunds and credits.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to clients.
  • Client Follow-up: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Requirements
