About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and correspondence.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
