About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Unit Clerk to join our team at the Two Hills Health Centre. As a Unit Clerk, you will play a vital role in the efficient flow of communication between health professionals, departments, patients, and families while maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including reception, greeting, and directing visitors, patients, and health professionals
- Maintain patient records and charts, transcribe and process physician orders, and schedule patient tests and/or treatments
- Support the unit with various administrative activities
Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program
