We are seeking a highly skilled Information Clerk to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. As an Information Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, providing clear and concise information about our services and products.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including maintaining records, processing payments, and ordering supplies.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Consultation: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
