Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our Medical Sales Division as a Bilingual Client Care Associate. This role involves handling incoming inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in English and French.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient needs.
  • Process and manage large volumes of client documentation with strong attention to detail.
  • Inform clients on current regulations and policies affecting medical cannabis access.
  • Update and process documents in our CRM database.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with client information.
  • Assist clients with forms and online procedures.
  • Resolve complaints using critical thinking skills and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma.
  • Fluent in English and French (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Administrative Assistant/Medical Office Assistant Certificate as a strong asset.
  • Proven analytical and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
