Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in English and French.
- Respond to patient inquiries and collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient needs.
- Manage client documentation with strong attention to detail and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Inform clients on current regulations and policies affecting medical cannabis access.
- Update and process documents in our CRM database.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with client information.
- Assist clients with forms and online procedures.
- Resolve complaints using critical thinking skills and maintain documentation.
- Comply with strict guidelines and regulations, communicating approved verbiage to clients.
- Adapt quickly to changes affecting the department, such as legislation and regulation amendments.
- Manage various client types and demonstrate empathy.
- Troubleshoot and navigate shipping and registration account issues.
- Follow up with client requests submitted through various platforms.
- Answer general inquiries about products, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma.
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Administrative Assistant/Medical Office Assistant Certificate as a strong asset.
- Proven analytical and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong diplomacy skills, effective communicator (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Up-to-date on industry-related information and processes regarding methods of consumption and legislation.
- Excellent computing skills (MS Office, Dynamics, Windows).
- Effective communicator (verbal and written).
- Experience in the Medical Cannabis industry an asset.
- Experience with VAC processes.
- Experience with 3rd Party billing processes.
