We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Food and Beverage Company of Kanata Inc. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that supplies are adequate and that waste is minimized.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
