We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Director to lead our Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 1-2 and participating in multiple system improvement projects and automation initiatives.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a university degree in an accounting field. Proficiency with Adobe PDF is an asset, and qualities such as attention to detail and being organized are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Train associates and new members in the team
  • Manage a team of 1-2
  • Participate in multiple system improvement projects and automation projects

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, a generous retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
