Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and optimizing financial performance.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Setting
- Food service establishment, coffee shop, or restaurant.
- Physical Demands
- Fast-paced environment.
