Lead Strategic Customer Growth and Success

In this key national leadership role at Khure Health Inc., you will drive growth and success by delivering on corporate performance objectives, including revenue and profitability targets with Life Science companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual customer excellence and growth plans to support corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build brand awareness and generate leads through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Lead sales strategies and relationships with key customers and partners to drive financial objectives.
  • Maintain current customer relationships and achieve customer satisfaction beyond requirements.

Cross-Functional Team Management:

  • Work closely with technical product and clinical leads to achieve customer project goals and deliverables.

Brand and Communication Strategy:

  • Collaborate with Marketing to increase brand awareness across the healthcare provider community and Life Sciences Industry in Canada.

Product Marketing Strategy:

  • Support the development of the product marketing strategy, including promotional initiatives and supporting materials.
  • Develop new product launch strategies and digital strategies.

Budget Management and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain the approved Life Science Customer Excellence department's budget.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance metrics for the executive team.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and analytical abilities.
