We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Toner Chevrolet Buick GMC ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns, answering inquiries, and providing information to customers. You will also be responsible for arranging billing for services, explaining the type and cost of services offered, and issuing receipts and other forms.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in database software, internet, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. You will also have the opportunity to work under pressure and maintain records and statistics.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for obtaining and examining all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services. You will also be responsible for performing general office duties, receiving and logging complaints, and receiving payments.
