Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing, planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs and campaigns. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams across marketing, sales, product, and customer experience departments.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns to drive acquisition, customer engagement, and retention across various segments of the SMB market.
  • Pricing Adjustments: Work closely with sales and product teams to adjust pricing based on promotional needs, product life cycle, or market changes.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Create detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key actionable insights, successes, and areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Market intelligence: Leverage market research to identify new opportunities and target segments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a campaign-focused role.
  • Proven experience managing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
