As a Senior Director in Digital Acquisition at Banque Nationale du Canada, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance of digital acquisitions through various channels and informational websites. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for optimizing digital acquisition performance.
  • Lead a team focused on digital acquisitions and continuous optimization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's business objectives and priorities, ensuring alignment with digital acquisition efforts.
  • Evaluate and evolve digital acquisition practices to contribute to the success of the team and the organization.
  • Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions and support internal business partners.
  • Provide regular updates to management and product teams on strategic plans, performance metrics, current challenges, and proposed solutions.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy, e-commerce, or related fields, with a focus on performance and business delivery.
  • The ability to challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for optimization to achieve and surpass digital acquisition results.
  • A transformative mindset, driven by growth and a desire to navigate complex environments.
  • Excellent autonomy, rigor, and accountability.
Languages:

To facilitate communication with service providers and partners who speak languages other than French, proficiency in English is required.
