Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the COWS team as a Retail Sales Person. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide COWS World Class Service to our customers, ensuring they receive a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, and use this knowledge to identify customer needs and make recommendations.
  • Restock merchandise, maintain a tidy store environment, and ensure all areas of the store are well-presented.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare the store for opening and closing, including setting up displays and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services, and use this knowledge to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • You are a people person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a strong desire to sell and a competitive spirit.
  • You are able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • You have a basic knowledge of merchandising and visual display principles.
  • You are able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • You have reliable transportation and are available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing for the duration of the shift.
  • Bending, lifting up to 30 pounds.

Other Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability from May / June to September.
