About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Palmer Automotive & Truck Center/Palmer Parts & Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling automotive parts and accessories to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and sell automotive parts and accessories to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels of parts and accessories.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories.
  • Parts Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including their features and applications.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and colleagues on automotive parts and accessories.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent customer interactions and a high level of physical activity. The candidate must be able to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a standing position for extended periods.
