RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Northern Reflections is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to enhance our store operations. The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for meeting daily personal sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to our Fundamental Selling Skills framework and achieving key performance metrics. Additionally, they will support the Store Management Team in overseeing all aspects of store functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve or surpass daily personal sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) Utilize Fundamental Selling Skills to ensure a remarkable customer experience Uphold Customer Service standards to guarantee a superior shopping experience Advocate for Campaign Objectives Represent Northern as a brand by leveraging comprehensive product knowledge Efficiently process customer transactions at the cash register Exhibit open, respectful, and courteous communication Undertake additional responsibilities as required Adhere to Company policies and initiatives while maintaining a safe working environment Assist in visual merchandising and uphold visual presentation standards Contribute to product preparation tasks Perform various duties to ensure a tidy, clean, and well-organized store

Qualifications:

Experience in Retail Sales/Customer Service within a specialty store, ideally in apparel Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets (KPIs) Enthusiastic about fashion with a proven capability to create outfits for customers Shows initiative and collaborates effectively within a productive team Flexible availability to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends Capable of adapting to the requirements of customers and the store team Fosters relationships, trust, and customer loyalty Excellent communication skills Confident in working independently
