About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven professional with excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate our sales staff, drive business growth, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • College education or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
