Business Development Manager for Sales Team

Brampton Hardwood Floors Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven professional with excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate our sales staff, drive business growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales goals and objectives.
- College education or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
