Business Development Manager for Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team at Maple Furniture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership and Management
- Inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve exceptional results
- Talent Acquisition and Development
- Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to meet business objectives
- Customer Service

- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
- Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Merchandising and Inventory Management
- Oversee merchandising strategies, ensuring optimal inventory levels and stock management

- Relevant Industry Experience
