Job Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and identifying new opportunities for revenue generation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing market trends and research data to inform business decisions and activities.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Directing the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination.
  • Acting as a spokesperson for the company and representing its interests in external forums and events.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
