Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives to ensure effective sales strategies are implemented.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers to foster loyalty and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and employee performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies, goals, and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
