Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at SHIMS CONVENIENCE & ESSO GAS STATION. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Assist with visual merchandising and display of merchandise
  • Process returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1 year of retail sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
