Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at SHIMS CONVENIENCE & ESSO GAS STATION. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products and services to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and reordering stock as needed.
  • Store Appearance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to lift and move merchandise.
