Quality Assurance Manager

Ganotec is a leading heavy industrial contractor serving the industrial sector across Canada. As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality plans, inspection and test plans, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with construction supervisors, schedulers, and planners to ensure a thorough understanding of project scope and schedule.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead a team of quality inspectors and provide guidance and training to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design professionals, to resolve quality-related issues.
- Generate quality reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quality Manager in industrial sectors.
- Proven background as a QA/QC Inspector in large scope projects.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and goals.
- Fluency in French is required, with functional knowledge of English considered an asset.
