Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality plans and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality management principles and practices.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a quality management role.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
