Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Hometown Furniture Penticton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry and resolve conflict situations in a professional manner.
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and other office software.
