Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Hometown Furniture Penticton.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Perform data entry and resolve conflict situations in a professional manner.
- Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Windows and other office software.
