Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NH124 VARIETY. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work 30-40 hours per week
