Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our retail stores, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Ability to supervise and train a team of sales associates
