Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Jay's Mart is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 30 hours per week.
