As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales and customer service targets.
- Merchandising: Work with our buying team to select and merchandise products that meet the needs of our customers.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including preparing sales reports, managing inventory levels, and controlling expenses.
- Compliance: Ensure that the store is in compliance with all laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations and employment standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
