Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, controlling expenses, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
