About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Consultant (Group Benefits) to join our team. As a key contact for external clients' outsourced group benefits administration services, you will be responsible for planning and executing the ongoing administration management of new and existing AdminPlus clients. Your duties will include developing member communication strategies, documenting administrative processes for the supporting admin operations team, partnering with the AdminPlus customer care centre, analyzing trends/issues/successes on the portfolio, and ensuring client data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement member communication strategies to enhance engagement and retention
- Document and maintain administrative processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with the AdminPlus customer care centre to provide exceptional client service
- Analyze trends, issues, and successes on the portfolio to inform business decisions
- Ensure client data integrity and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the implementation team to implement new AdminPlus clients
- Work closely with Plan Sponsors to understand their needs and develop customized solutions
