Job Summary

FED ManuTech is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team on an evening shift. This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with face-to-face interaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth running of production activities.
  • Train and coordinate production teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage the work teams of various departments and ensure the smooth running of plant operations.
  • Communicate good OHS practices to the team and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Identify and resolve production efficiency problems.
  • Perform other production-related tasks (production forms, quality, inventory).
About You

We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done right. Our ideal candidate enjoys dynamic environments, is rigorous, and works well as part of a team.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position in the manufacturing, agri-food or pharmaceutical sectors would be an asset.
  • DEP, DEC or BAC required.
  • French and English proficiency preferred.
  • Knowledge of standards in regulated fields an asset.
Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is approximately $70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
