Toronto, Ontario, Canada BOXX Insurance Inc. Full time

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at BOXX Insurance Inc. in North America.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our growth and marketing objectives, reporting directly to our Communications & Growth Marketing Lead. You will work closely with our design team and internal SMEs to execute digital communications from Hubspot, including broker newsletters, hackbuster alerts, and outgoing communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the creation and execution of BOXX's digital communications from Hubspot
  • Building segmentation criteria and lead automations to engage BOXX broker and affinity audiences
  • Developing and disseminating best practices and uses across the business for better marketing attribution tracking and customer marketing approaches
  • Reporting and tracking data and leads, building dashboards and segmented lists in Hubspot
  • Running digital ads on LinkedIn and Google Adwords, and tracking performance
  • Owning the BOXX social media calendar and exploring new ways to make content more entertaining and engaging
  • Supporting SEO strategy efforts by working with agency vendors and tracking progress in SEMRush
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, underwriting, and claims) to ensure clarity and accuracy in requirements, campaigns, and communications
  • Excellent project management skills to communicate and deliver on priorities and tasks

Requirements

  • In-depth Hubspot Marketing Hub knowledge
  • Familiarity with CMS systems, ideally WordPress and associated plug-ins that drive performance
  • Familiarity with ad reporting capabilities with SEMRush, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5-7 years of digital, content, and growth marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge or prior experience in the insurance space is an asset
