Job Title: Event Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD.

Job Summary:

The Event Planner will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, conferences, and meetings at our facility. This includes arranging logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and designs.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to event attendees.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The Event Planner will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and independently, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
