We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to our customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communication: Clearly articulate repair needs to our technicians and provide accurate estimates of repair costs to our customers.
- Sales and Upselling: Use low-pressure sales techniques to recommend additional services and products to our customers, while maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Quality Control: Inspect repair quality and ensure that all work is complete to our high standards.
- Customer Follow-up: Keep customers informed of progress and notify them when their vehicle is ready for pick-up.
- A high school diploma or equivalency degree is required.
- Experience in a service-related position is preferred, but not necessary.
