Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general office management support to a team of 5
  • Filing and maintaining paperwork and financial documents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for various projects and initiatives

About the Role:

This is a full-time, contract position that will last for a duration of 12 months. The successful candidate will be working a 35-hour workweek and will be required to be in the office a minimum of twice a week. There may be opportunities for travel within Canada as part of this role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative capacity
  • Previous experience working in marketing or advertising is a significant advantage
  • Strong skills in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design would be a significant asset

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
