Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at Royal Star Enterprises Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, applying fertilizers, and operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance tasks
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance
  • Cut grass and maintain lawn areas
  • Lay sod or seed and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Apply fertilizers and other chemicals as needed
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
  • Handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Reliable and hardworking with a strong attention to detail
