About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundskeeping Supervisor to join our team at Royal Star Enterprises Inc. as a key member of our grounds maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Planning: Coordinate and schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as plan and direct grounds maintenance operations.
  • Worksite Management: Oversee the maintenance of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are well-manicured and safe for visitors.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is necessary.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Conditions: This role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in physically demanding environments.
  • Personal Suitability: A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills is essential for this position.
