About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at Royal Star Enterprises Inc. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance tasks
  • Perform weeding, pruning, and trimming of trees and plants
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns
  • Lay sod or seed and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Apply fertilizers and water plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions, including wet and damp conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Physical demands: Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and attention to detail required
  • Work conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
