Academic Geriatrician Clinician in Quality and Innovation Position

We are seeking a qualified academic geriatrician to join our team as a Clinician in Quality and Innovation. The successful candidate will be eligible for a full-time clinical academic appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric medicine and a demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and innovation. They will be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, as well as participating in research and teaching activities.
The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with our team to improve the quality of care for our patients. They will also be responsible for participating in the undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programs of the University of Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives in geriatric medicine

Requirements:
- MD degree and certification in Geriatric Medicine by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
