Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience at our gas station.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales workers, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Store Maintenance: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
