Gas Station Supervisor

At Pepper Creek G-mart, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales workers to ensure optimal customer service and sales performance.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales workers to meet the needs of our customers.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments and manage cash handling procedures to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate the ordering and receipt of merchandise to maintain an adequate stock level and meet customer demand.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of merchandise to meet business objectives.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve Issues: Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to sales workers to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
