Gas Station Team Lead

At Pepper Creek G-mart, we are seeking a skilled Gas Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our convenience store. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage a team, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Hire and train staff, or arrange for training, to maintain high-quality service
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff activities
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or gas station environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Permanent employment opportunity
- 30 to 40 hours per week
