Public Relations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Assist in crafting press releases, media advisories, and other PR-related content to effectively communicate our brand's message.
- Help organize and coordinate PR events such as press conferences, product launches, and community events to showcase our company's expertise and creativity.
- Build and maintain media lists and contact databases to ensure seamless communication with key stakeholders.
- Assist with research tasks related to current industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform our PR strategies.
- Support the PR team in managing relationships with external vendors such as photographers, designers, and venues to deliver high-quality results.
- Help update our company's website, press pages, and social media platforms with news and event updates to keep our audience engaged.
- Draft internal communication memos and newsletters to keep our team informed and aligned.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills to produce high-quality content.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communications tools to effectively engage with our audience.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines to deliver results.
