We are seeking a detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our team in executing communications and media strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. Key Responsibilities
  • Media Relations: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, including researching journalists, managing media lists, and coordinating outreach.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of media events, product launches, press conferences, and other public relations activities.
  • Media Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on media coverage and PR performance metrics. Monitor industry trends, competitor coverage, and relevant news.
  • Administrative Support: Organize and maintain PR assets, such as press kits, media databases, and contact lists. Coordinate schedules and assist with general office tasks.
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with PR software or media databases is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AP style or similar editorial standards.
